Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 March 2026
This policy explains which cookies the ecavanza.com site uses, for what purpose, and how you can control them. On your first visit, we display a cookie banner integrated with Google Consent Mode v2, to honour your choice from the very first moment.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to recognise you on subsequent visits, remember preferences, or measure how the site is used.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies: they enable core site features such as remembering your language or the state of the consent banner. They do not require authorisation. Analytics cookies: they help us understand which real estate crowdlending content is most read. They are only activated if you accept. Marketing cookies: they help measure the performance of advertising campaigns and personalise content. They are only activated with your explicit consent through the banner.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Ecavanza implements Google Consent Mode v2. This means that Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) will only be enabled for the categories you authorise on the cookie banner. If you reject, only anonymous signals respecting your choice will be sent.
4. How to change your preferences
You can change your decision at any time: clear the site cookies in your browser and the banner will reappear, or write to hola@ecavanza.com and we will update your preferences manually.
5. Duration
The record of your consent is stored for 12 months. After that period, we will ask you again to renew your authorisation.
