2. Purpose of the site
The ecavanza.com site provides educational information on real estate crowdlending in Ecuador. It does not constitute a securities offering, an investment recommendation, or a personalised financial advisory service.
3. Company details
Ecavanza S.A., Tax ID 1792889947001, registered in the Quito Mercantile Registry, book 2026-A, folio 148, with collaborative funding platform license number 493-RM-2026 issued by the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador.
4. Permitted use
You undertake to use the site in good faith, without attempting to breach its security, without uploading illegal content, and without using the published data for purposes contrary to Ecuadorian law.
5. Subscription form
By completing the subscription form, you declare that the data are truthful and belong to you. Ecavanza may suspend or delete subscriptions with obviously false data.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos and content on the site are the property of Ecavanza S.A. or used under license. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation, except for brief academic quotation with proper attribution.
7. Risk of real estate crowdlending
Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including delays or default by the developer, market risk and liquidity risk. Historical returns do not guarantee future results. Ecavanza does not guarantee any specific return.
8. Limitation of liability
Ecavanza will not be liable for financial decisions taken exclusively based on the informational content of the site. We recommend that you analyse each project carefully, review contracts and consult an advisor where appropriate.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of the Quito canton, or through mediation at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Quito Chamber of Commerce.
10. Amendments
Ecavanza may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page, with its corresponding update date.
